Possessing a zeal for all things property and an outstanding knowledge of the city-fringe real estate market, Ziggy had a proven track record in helping clients achieve a desirable sales outcome coupled with a solid knack for negotiating since 2013. 

With a Certificate in Engineering and Diploma of Building and Construction, Ziggy shared his construction, sales and contract negotiation expertise in the building and construction industry for over twenty years before making the move to enter Brisbane’s residential property market. 

Utilizing his more recent experience in business development and property management, Ziggy built Ziggy Bale Realty sales around advising first time and experienced investors looking to start, or add to their property portfolio.

Ziggy used his local knowledge to create focused marketing campaigns that were tailored to showcase each property’s individual qualities, effectively driving market demand.
