Bill is really the next level Agent. From day one he went the extra mile in supporting us through the sales process, including making sure we had everything we needed to keep the house in good shape and helped move our possessions at settlement. We appreciated his ongoing enthusiasm and patience whilst we waited for the right buyer, he never tried to force us to change our objectives just to get a quick sale. He was very thorough and responsive with clear communication throughout the process which transformed an experience which can be quite overwhelming, into an easy one.
